JEREMY O'CONNOR
Upright bass

With a Bachelor of Music in jazz bass and many years of experience as a session player, Jeremy is one of the busiest bassists in Brisbane. He has toured internationally with The Ten Tenors, and with pop-covers band Honey, and adapts easily to many different styles of music. His "perfect pitch" is a very special talent, allowing him to tell you what note your glass of water makes, or if your vacuum-cleaner is in tune. Jeremy has a very strong neck because he always moves his head while listening to, and making music. Conveniently, he is also great with sound recording and editing and has engineered all of Scat's albums to date.
